Folktales Far & Wide: Drinking Companions

From the Folktales Far & Wide mural, on permanent display in the children’s department of the Martin Library in York, PA.

Drinking Companions is a Chinese folktale.  You can read it in this excellent book, or this harder to find one.  You can read it here, under the name The Fisherman and His Friend.

  1. You have really cool work in your site! I think I’m going to spend some time exploring it. (Drinking Companions was a strange story but like your illustration.)
And thanks for visiting my blog!
